Wayfinders - By: M.M. Molinari

Somewhere, an ancient stone dragon is preparing to take flight.

Tiny shutters on the little wooden cottage nestled among the moss on his back
swing open. Tiny hands wave from the windows. A pie cools on the sill. Someone
reminds everyone to mind the kettle before takeoff.

Welcome to WAYFINDERS.

They’re not heroes. They’re the last people anyone would choose.
They’re exactly the people the world needs.

As entire towns and cities vanish without a trace, every expedition sent to
investigate is either missing or dead. With every expedition lost, the High
Chancellor has only one option left. He summons seven strangers and asks them to
walk willingly toward the same fate.
Ophilian’s response is to crush the Chancellor’s hand.
“Next time you ask someone to walk into death for you,” he says quietly. “Try
asking.”

Their journey carries them through impossible worlds where every answer uncovers
an even greater mystery. Just when they believe they’ve uncovered who’s behind
the disappearances…

One of their own is taken.
The world can wait.
They’ll burn it down before they leave one of their own behind.
